The Maid Squad, a rapidly growing cleaning company, is looking for more experienced cleaners to join our team. We specialize in cleaning residential homes in Los Angeles County.
We are looking for an all-star cleaner who doesn't need any training. This is a 1099 (contractor) position and we will assign cleaning jobs to you and you will use your own transportation and supplies to go and clean the homes. We are looking for serious cleaners who are ready to work, that pay close attention to detail and will make sure that each home they service is clean. If this description fits you then please apply.
Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities
- Kitchen cleaning
- Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces
- Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors and vacuuming of carpet
- Disposing of trash
- Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed
- Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in bathrooms
- Cleaning glass surfaces and mirrors
- Clean refrigerator and stove as needed
- Wash/fold clothes as needed
- Changing bed linens as needed
- Ability to follow verbal directions
- Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team
- Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
- Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills
- Pays attention to detail when cleaning
- Organized and able to follow a schedule
- General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning
**Join our team:
- Pay $20 per hour ($25 for deep cleans) and 100% of tips
- Choose your own schedule (Monday - Sunday 8am to 5pm) - This is a contract position and does not have set hours. You will let us know which days and times you are available and we will send you jobs for those days.
- Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the US
