Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional cleaning services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we hear at The Maid Squad.
How can I get a quote?
Visit any of our pages with a quote request form and provide information about your cleaning project. You will receive an email response from one of our team members with your quote information. Or give us a call at 800-561-1489 and one of our team members will provide you a quote over the phone.
Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?
Yes, here at The Maid Squad we charge by the job and not by the hour. Some of our cleaners may be able to clean faster than others and we will still charge the same amount as quoted for the job.
Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?
No, you can get a quote and book your cleaning online or give us a call and we can give you a quote over the phone. You can always email us pictures of the job if there are certain things you would like us to see for a quote. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 800-561-1489.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes, our cleaners will bring there own cleaning supplies. If you have certain products that you would like the cleaner to use then please let the cleaner know upon arrival. Also, if you would prefer the cleaner to use your own mop/broom then please let them know.
Please note: If there is a vacuum available in the house then please have it on-hand for the cleaner to use.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Please call our management team at 800-561-1489 right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
If you you do not cancel by 5pm the day before your cleaning then you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
IS THE MAID SQUAD INSURED?
Yes, the Maid Squad does carry liability insurance for the business.
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?
No, but if you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in the note section of the booking.
DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?
We require a card on file for all bookings and the day before your cleaning we will put a hold on your card for the balance. Your card will then be charged after the cleaning has been completed.
ARE THERE ANY CONTRACT COMMITMENTS?
No, you can cancel service up to the day before your cleaning without a penalty. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.
